Steph’s TLC Pet Sitting, LLC is owned and operated by Stephanie Brobeil. It’s important to know who will be looking after the welfare of your pet(s); and understand why Stephanie is uniquely qualified to care for your best non-human friends.
Stephanie has had, and loved, all kinds of animals throughout her life. But that wasn’t enough for her. For the past 15-years she has volunteered at the Pet Pal Animal Shelter of St. Petersburg®, a “no-kill” shelter in Florida. Every Saturday morning she can be found there caring for all kinds of animals. She doesn’t do the “pretty” work. She does the important, dirty jobs necessary to properly care for the animals. She prefers to be "hands-on" ... bathing, cleaning pens, checking for health threats, walking, socializing, attending to their comfort, and every other task necessary to ensure the quality of life for each animal in her charge. She believes this increases their chances for a quick adoption by the 'right' person or family.
She has extensive experience with pet sitting services, and pet walking services. She takes care of dogs, cats, ferrets, birds, and other animals. In addition to her professional experience, she has 6 dogs of various breeds and mixtures, and 6 birds - a Blue & Gold Macaw and 5 Cockatiels. At present, she doesn’t have any cats because of the number of birds in her family … but she has almost always had at least one.
90% of pet-sitting engagements are handled by Stephanie personally. The other 10% are performed by the two men in her life; her husband and her son, who specialize in large birds, fish, and exotic species. She doesn't consider pet sitting a job. Fees for service barely cover expenses. She does it because of her love for our special non-human friends.
